ResponsibilitiesProactively champion a workplace culture in alignment with company values. Organize cultural activities, in-person and online. Provide a strong onboarding experience to our new employees and support the organization of orientation activities. Collaborate with different stakeholders in planning and executing company activities and events. Help international employees with the integration into the German culture. Organization, planning or support of employee benefits, e.g. new starter packages, company breakfasts...Support in HR-related matters. Run employee surveys and align on results and actions with relevant stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business, communications, HR, or similar. Ability to handle multiple projects & deadlines. Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and a positive “get stuff done” attitude. Hands-on approach and a proactive mindset to problem solving. A genuine interest in people and desire to help and assist them. Empathic, compassionate and curious personality. Your values are governed by equity, diversity and inclusion. Passion for games and its culture. Excellent English and German language skills. Willing to relocate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany. What you can expect from us
