Being part of Sportradar‘s Audiovisual (AV) tribe – the product organisation that is delivering video & streaming within Sportradar - your contribution will ensure the continuation of this trajectory.

As Junior Product Manager you will support our product management team in their daily business. Furthermore, you will help the integration team in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the sales process.

Additionally, you will work closely together with the AV integration team to ensure seamless deployment and functionality of any AV product on client side.

You will work alongside our Marketing team to review and enhance product marketing and integration materials, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in communicating and presenting technical specifications and benefits of our AV products to potential customers.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Product Management: Supporting the product team at the end-to-end product delivery from market analysis to developing products which delight our customers and internal stakeholders
  • Sales Support: Provide ongoing technical support to the sales team, offering training and assistance to enhance their understanding of our products and solutions.
  • Integration Engagement: Collaborate closely with the AV integration team and support in any customer integration to ensure a smooth running of the AV products on client side
  • Marketing Support: Constantly review existing product marketing materials in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with POs and AV strategy to enhance external communication in how to present products to potential new clients 
  • Operational Support: Assist the AV Tribe Lead with various operational tasks, providing insights and support to ensure smooth operations within the AV tribe

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Strong operation and project management skills with the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability, excellent communication skills with team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as having a strong bias for action
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences
  • You like working in a dynamic environment in a global role, together with highly motivated and result-oriented people all around the world
  • You are able to pitch our value proposition together with our sales experts in the sales process in front of clients. That can be through participation in client meetings/pitches or through the preparation of effective sales stories.
  • You have a good technical understanding and thus are capable of supporting our clients through technical guidance

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
