We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and solutions-driven Jr. Project Manager to join our Strategic Operations team. You will be Responsible for:
- Coordinating and driving internal technical and process optimization projects from planning to delivery, scoping needs, defining success metrics, and aligning resources
- Managing timelines, risks, and milestones across internal teams while spotting and rolling out workflow improvements
- Acting as a key client contact, turning technical updates into clear, client-friendly insights, preparing decks, and gathering feedback throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with developers and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements, monitoring progress, and facilitating QA and feedback
- Working closely with teams from finance and consulting to IT and beyond to ensure alignment and impact
- Presenting progress, solutions, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and confident way

You will also need to have:
- Hands-on experience managing internal operations or tech-enabled projects, juggling multiple timelines and cross-functional coordination
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
- Skilled in presenting decks and communicating results clearly to clients, breaking down complex ideas for non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with developers or engineers on software or integration projects, including exposure to development cycles and external vendor collaborations
- Comfort discussing technical constraints, solutions, and trade-offs, and translating requirements between business and technical teams
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience building dashboards, analyzing data, and bringing insights to life
It’s not essential but will help if:
- You have experience with other Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Flow, Power BI, etc.)
- You’re familiar with tools like Figma, Float, or other project/product management platforms
- You’ve had exposure to third-party digital platforms and have an eagerness to explore new ones
