Let’s Start with the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on building and managing our Early Careers function, including student internships, career events, university partnerships, and campus visits. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing top talent at the start of their careers, ensuring our organization remains a preferred employer for young professionals.

As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist for Early Careers, you will:
 
  • Assist in the design, coordination, and execution of internship and programs;
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability;
  • Organize and represent the company at career fairs, university visits, and networking events;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, and student organizations;
  • Plan and execute on-campus recruitment initiatives, such as workshops, presentations, and informative sessions;
  • Partner with the Employer Branding team to develop engaging event materials and social media campaigns;
  • Collect feedback from participants and recruiters and use insights to enhance future events;
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to recruitment.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in Talent Acquisition, thriving in fast-paced, rapid-growth environments;
  • Capability to work autonomously, pivot quickly and consistently achieve targets;
  • Proficiency in prioritization and success in a demanding environment;
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced organizations;
  • Passionate for developing young professionals;
  • Attention to detail and creativity.
