Your role as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to Emmanuelle Gabay, Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to high-volume recruitment for our member-facing operational roles and continuously elevate Dialogue as an employer of choice, all while ensuring compliance with our established policies. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Confidently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-volume operational roles 
• Act as a trusted thought partner for hiring managers when navigating complex situations
• Continuously build your talent pipelines by doing proactive sourcing and engaging with passive candidates
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as the implementation of new tools, processes, and automation
• Improve Dialogue’s brand awareness by attending or coordinating hiring and networking events

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment
• Great attention to detail
• The ability to effectively prioritize tasks
• A high level of autonomy
• Strong communication skills

Please note that as we are serving clients located all across Canada, it is essential to be bilingual for this role. You could be required to communicate in both French and English.
