• Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with product, engineering and customer-facing teams to understand project requirements. 
• Gather information from subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and write documentation. 
• Review the drafts with stakeholders for quality content. 
• Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience. 
• Involve in UI copy reviews for the design team. 
• Seek feedback from our customer-facing teams and contribute to improving our published content. 
• Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement. 
• Support the documentation team to meet the deadlines.

Requirements

• Min. 1-2 years of experience in technical writing. 
• Certification in Technical Writing. 
• Experience in writing documentation for various audiences. 
• Excellent communication and writing skills. 
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SnagIt, WordPress, and other authoring tools 
• Good understanding of the DDLC process and Writing Style Guide (MSTP). 
• Knowledge of DITA is an added advantage.
