The Junior VIP Specialist role is to offer support to our VIP customers, to find the best solution to solve the customer's issues. This position tries to build an exceptional relationship with VIP`s company customers, to provide the best services through the communication channels provided by the company.

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has at least 1 year of experience in the customer service department;
  • Is a native Polish speaker with English at a basic level;
  • Proves excellent communication skills;
  • Has strong written conversational skills;
  • Has good negotiation skills;
  • Has the ability to interact with many different types of people, externally with customers and internally with company teams and departments;
  • Is friendly and empathetic, motivated and with good energy;
  • Is a team player.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Contacting clients suggested by the VIP Manager and informing them that they have been selected for VIP project;
  • Responds to every request that comes from customers;
  • Handle VIP customer complaints in a patient and efficient manner;
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' queries;
  • Contacts their VIP customers according to the structure, through the communication channels provided by the company;
  • Identify customer needs, concerns and questions;
  • Promotes Superbet services and image (campaigns, new games, etc.);
  • Build professional relationships with customers;
  • Give manually retention bonuses, VIP campaign bonuses and inform the clients about these bonuses;
  • Work in a team and help his colleagues (contact, offer bonuses to the client of other colleagues when it is necessary);
  • Reports technical issues that customers encounter to superiors or to competent departments.
