Get Golfing CIO is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team at Ansty Golf Club. As a Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food services for events and functions, alongside our daily casual dining trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with group chef to execute seasonal menu's
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards.
- Coordinate with our management team to understand the catering requirements.
- Manage food inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Stock control and delivery procedures

Requirements
- Would suit someone with previous catering experience in a cafe/school/care home kitchen environment.
- Passion for food.
- Ability to work well alone and as part of team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Food hygiene level 2 certificate
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Rate of Pay : £12.21- £14 ph depending on experience
