About the Job 

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans for learning and development, including
    identifying training needs, and developing training programs to address them
    • Coach the L&D team in the development, design, delivery and evaluation of high impact
    learning interventions
    • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop training programs in areas such as leadership
    development and conflict resolution
    • Providing guidance and counseling to employees on personal development issues related to
    career planning and goal setting
    • Conducting performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and recommend ways to
    improve performance where needed
    • Managing employee performance through coaching, counseling, training, and discipline when
    • Creating organizational culture through communication strategies that align with company
    • Developing training materials and providing training services to employees to ensure they are
    meeting their job requirements
    • Developing and implementing a succession plan for key positions in the organization,
    including identifying future leaders and creating development plans for them
    • Reviewing new technologies for training applications and recommending effective uses to

    Qualifications & Essential experience

    • Strong track record of motivating and developing a team of L&D professionals• Proven self-starter with the ability to create and implement a vision
    • Deep understanding of the development and delivery of Leadership Development
    • Proven ability across all aspects of the learning cycle, with strong experience in the
    development and implementation of career journeys, competency frameworks and other
    organisational development interventions
    • Commercially focused with a track record of delivering learning interventions which have
    had a measurable impact on business results
    • Professional, engaging with the gravitas to build strong working relationships and influence at
    all levels in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
    Coaching, mentoring and feedback skills.
