Your Mission

Lead a skilled team of composite specialists in delivering flawless components that withstand the extreme demands of Formula 1 racing. You'll balance technical expertise with leadership prowess to achieve precision, efficiency, and excellence in every carbon fibre component that leaves your department.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Composite engineering qualification or completed apprenticeship
• Proven laminating expertise with the ability to coach and elevate team skills
• Sharp problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
• Strong communication skills that inspire commitment across departments
• Experience managing small teams (desired)
• F1 or similar high-performance environment experience (beneficial)
