ResponsibilitiesEstablish the vision, tools, roadmap and success metrics to support localization, accessibility and writing for web applicationsGenerate localization, accessibility and writing guidelines across components and patternsWrite and publish inclusive design and language principles for the design systemTeach accessibility standards testing on the figma component libraries of the design kit and code libraryContribute content to the design system website for localization, accessibility and writing standards for web applicationsDefine common contextual examples for recommendation and guard against mis-useAssist in managing design system requests, questions and issue resolution in coordination with developers and product designersEngage in communication channels between development and design teamsCollaborate closely with UX practitioners allocated to product design experiences for ingesting new patterns into the systemCreate and curate contributions for site content and oversee consistency in website contentContribute to project specific, product design workQualifications5+ years experience with interaction design and visual design of digital productsProven expertise in language, writing and accessibility standards for the webHigh proficiency in Figma design tool; this is essential for our design systemExperience designing complex SaaS or enterprise software showcased in a portfolioProficiency with executing the full UX design life cycle - from preliminary research through journey-mapping, persona development, prototyping, usability testing, and interaction design with all relevant planning and deliverablesFluent English (in speaking and writing)Experience with project leadership planning and vision development
