WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH The Fulfilled by Nike (FxN) team is part of Nike Digital Commerce and is responsible for accelerating profitable growth through Nike's dropship marketplace model. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Planning, Digital Operations, Digital Merchandising, Digital Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, Legal, and Marketplace Partners (NMP). The individual will work with both internal stakeholders and strategic external partners to unlock growth opportunities, drive operational excellence, and shape the future of Nike's digital marketplace ecosystem.

• Development, Merchandising, Sales, or related fields • Strong experience in strategic account and marketplace management, building trusted partner relationships and translating consumer, commercial and marketplace insights into joint growth opportunities • Proven experience building and growing strategic business partnerships Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable growth plans Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives without direct authority • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management capabilities Passion for innovation, digital marketplaces, and creating differentiated consumer experiences WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON The FxN business model (Fulfilled by Nike) is a key growth driver within Nike Digital Direct Commerce. As part of the dedicated FxN team, you will help accelerate the growth of some of Nike's most strategic digital partners while contributing to the future evolution of Nike's marketplace ecosystem. In this role, you will own commercial performance across an assigned portfolio of FxN partners, including key marketplace accounts such as JD Sports, Foot Locker, and Zalando.

You will directly influence business performance by identifying growth opportunities, leading in-season trade decisions, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance both partner performance and consumer experience. Key

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner-specific growth strategies to deliver profitable digital commerce expansion Own commercial performance management across the FxN partner portfolio, identifying opportunities and risks and driving corrective actions where needed

• Lead in-season trade decisions and business optimization activities to maximize growth and profitability Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end across Planning, Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, and Legal teams

• Build strong relationships with external partner organizations, creating joint business plans and aligning on growth priorities Identify and implement innovative approaches to improve the FxN operating model, service model, and partner • experience Influence the long-term evolution of Nike's integrated marketplace strategy by providing business insights, consumer learnings, and partner perspective Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, clear KPIs, and measurable business outcomes Champion a consumer-first approach while balancing commercial objectives and operational excellence This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of strategy, commerce, and innovation.

You will help shape one of Nike's fastest-growing digital business models, influence key marketplace partnerships across EMEA, and work with senior leaders across Nike and partner organizations to define the future of digital commerce.
