Our team is looking for a dynamic new team member to support the Retail Marketing Team based in Shanghai. You will work very closely with the Chinese Marketing- and B2B Sales Team, ensuring seamless executions of all locally planned retail store activations. You will help find opportunities with our commercial team and business partners to grow brand awareness and sellout - managing projects from brief through to execution.

Your Mission

• Develop and carry out Greater China B2B marketing strategy across all wholesale channels, proactively driving substantial business growth while upholding a polished, unified, and premium brand identity at every consumer touchpoint.
• Elevate and humanize the in-store consumer journey across On’s B2B retail spaces in China, transforming each visit into a memorable, brand-defining experience that resonates with local expectations.
• Translate and distill the overarching Greater China brand vision and B2B priorities into a sharp, market-specific GTM playbook—meticulously mapping every offline touch point to ensure flawless execution.
• Serve as the pivotal bridge between B2B partners and cross-functional teams (Sales, BD, Merchandising, Training, etc.), orchestrating campaign-driven sell-in and sell-through initiatives. 
• Conceptualize and deliver high-impact 360° brand experiences, consistently anchoring every initiative in a forward-looking, consumer-centric, mindset—leveraging deep consumer insights to anticipate market shifts and outpace competitive benchmarks.
• Drive and amplify sell-through performance through strategically timed campaigns and persistent, always-on activations—collaborating closely with internal stakeholders (MKT, Merch, Commercial, Training) and external partners (B2B distributors, landlords) to maximize in-market resonance.
• Own and refine the planning and execution of in-store presence, visual tools, and localized brand storytelling across Greater China—ensuring each element strikes with visual impact, reinforces brand equity, and actively fuels purchase intent.
• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of sales meetings, partnering with the sales team to craft compelling, insight-backed presentations that secure buy-in and accelerate seasonal adoption.

Your story

• You’ve got at least 8+ years of relevant experience in omnichannel retail/trade marketing and brand activation, including at least 4 years of team management experience, overseeing and supervising stores with various store formats and markets, and have loved every minute of it.
• You are familiar with the retail industry and understand the challenges, opportunities and needs of this sector.
• Responsible, resilient and adaptable, you take pride in your ability to manage a wide range of projects while always delivering the WOW.
• You can see the bigger picture, but you know it’s the fine details that really matter
• You’re happy to step out of your comfort-zone and learn new skills.
• You love working with others, because you know that by joining together, we can achieve so much more.
• You like being out and about, visiting our retail partners and building strong partner relationships – with 20% of your working time likely to be away from the desk.
• You speak Chinese & English at a professional working level
