What you bring: • Extensive experience in sourcing, costing, supply chain, or product creation, ideally within apparel and near-shore operations Strong understanding of supplier capabilities, sourcing strategies, and lead-time management Proven ability to balance speed, cost, and quality while driving practical, business-focused solutions • Strong communication and influencing skills across diverse stakeholders and partners Demonstrated success leading projects, improving processes, and driving results WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You will lead the Near Shore sourcing and costing strategy across EMEA Local Creation, enabling faster and more responsive product creation while protecting cost and margin targets. You’ll drive alignment across teams and partners to build a scalable, high-performing operating model. Define and drive the Near Shore sourcing and costing strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Lead end-to-end execution of the responsive business track across key stakeholdersand and key suppliers
