Your Mission

• Establish pattern guidelines and ensure consistent implementation across all development centers.
• Develop precise footwear patterns for key styles based on designer sketches or concepts.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support during product development meetings.
• Conduct pattern audits at each line review stage, ensuring alignment with aesthetic, comfort, and performance requirements.
• Optimize key style patterns to improve production efficiency, minimize material waste, and reduce costs.
• Lead the pattern commercialization process, maintaining technical accuracy and production feasibility while upholding design integrity.
• Ensure pattern grading adheres to production standards and aligns with material properties.
• Oversee product development and commercialization timelines to guarantee on-time deliveries.

Your story

• Champion On’s commitment to Premium Quality and sustainability, ensuring industry-leading standards in pattern engineering across all products.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., CRISPIN, ShoeMaster) and 2D/3D design tools, with the ability to create and refine precise patterns.
• Strong expertise in footwear manufacturing processes, material properties, and pattern engineering.
• Able to balance creativity with structure, maintaining efficiency and organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across teams and departments.
• This position is based in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi and requires frequent travel to On’s manufacturing partners. Fluency in English is essential, as it is our working language.
