We are seeking an experienced Lead Content Designer for our enormously successful Hidden Object Game, June’s Journey. What will you do?

  • Collaborate closely with different teams to ensure high quality of the content:
    • Coordinate with the leads of all the disciplines involved in creating content  for the game, such as art and writing.
    • Work closely with feature teams in defining features that involve content pipelines. Drive the implementation of those new pipelines in the content design team.
    • Collaborate with LiveOps and Marketing teams to provide content matching player needs.
    • Participate in UX-related and player-related research and transform results into action plans to define and improve content delivery.
  • Ensure the efficient functioning of the workflows involved in content creation, driving the needed initiatives when contingencies arise:
    • Work closely with the producers in planning and maintaining the content production plan.
    • Participate in discussions with stakeholders to ensure the content pipelines support the game and company vision and financial goals.
    • Monitor the quality of the content that is produced by the team. Provide feedback if needed to make sure the standards are met.
  • Support individual contributors in the team with career development guidance, conflict resolution, and mentoring. 
  • Stay aware of new trends in the mobile game market (esp. hidden object). Reverse engineer solutions from competitive titles and learn from them.

Who are you?

  • You have relevant design experience
  • You have set up and expanded multiple content pipelines. You can break down features into content requirements, identify dependencies and transform them into production pipeline.
  • You have strong experience working with technical tools to create content (Unity and other).
  • You have experience working with creative disciplines like Art and Writing.
  • You have a keen interest for narrative-driven designYou have passion for narrative.
  • You understand the free-to-play market, including player motivations, monetization levers, standard KPIs, and competitor games.
  • You have proven leadership experience. Mentoring and giving feedback to less experienced peers and designers comes natural to you.
  • You can visualize and present ideas in a clear and comprehensive way using a variety of tools.
  • You have effective time management skills in order to effectively work against deadlines.
  • You are constantly working on enhancing your skills and are willing to accept and provide open feedback.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with diverse and international teams.
