THE MISSION
As a world-class Gameplay Engineering Lead, you will head a small, fully remote team and work on an exciting Multiplayer, Action RPG title. Working on Gameplay at Big Time Studios, you will interact closely with Designers, Artists, and guide the engineering team in order to architect and implement gameplay systems throughout the project.
Requirements5+ years of game development experienceShipped at least one high-quality AAA game for PC or ConsoleStrong programming background and C++ knowledgeStrong problem solving abilitiesHands-on experience with gameplay systems like AI, Animation, Combat and MissionsExperience profiling and optimizing game performanceAbility to thrive in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholdersExperience managing gameplay teamsMust love games!DesirableExperience with MMO or Action RPG game developmentExperience with procedural world and dungeon generation algorithmsExperience working on a distributed team spread across several time zonesUnreal Engine 4 experience
