We are looking for our first ever Lead Generation Intern to help spread the word on Educational Partnerships and break barriers to care for students in need. More students are seeking out therapy and the demands have made waitlists for campus-based counseling commonplace, while many students with challenges do not receive support when they need it most.

What You'll Do
As part of our 2024 Early Careers Program, you will be part of a community that grows together!
You will be a driving force within the success of this initiative - partnering with educational institutions in an effort to tackle the growing mental health crisis among students.
This internship will have a direct impact on strategy, while working closely with our Business Development Team to identify and cultivate new relationships within different educational verticals; Universities, Trade Schools, K-12, etc.

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The hourly compensation rate for the role will between $15-16 per hour and eligible for those enrolled in a degree program. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
