As we move on to new projects, the studio that brought you Baldur’s Gate 3 & Divinity: Original Sin 2 is looking for an additional <strong>Lead Graphics Programmer</strong> to join the team and help us in crafting the high calibre games our fans have come to expect.</div></br><b>Responsibilities</b></br>

<li>Lead, mentor and coach our Graphics team</li>

<li>Assist with recruiting of Graphics Programmers</li>

<li>Manage code reviews and code features documentation</li>

<li>Work in tandem with Larian Studios other programming Leads</li>

<li>Assist in maintaining, porting and extending our proprietary engine on multiple platforms</li>

<li>Debug and optimize code to hit quality and performance targets</li>

<li>Show a strong passion for low level coding and a big interest in performance analysis</li>

<li>Complete all tasks in a timely manner and to a consistent high quality standard&nbsp;</li>

<li>Develop well designed software within project schedule to team standards</li>

<li>Show strong passion for making the highest quality state of the art games</li>

<li>&nbsp;Safeguard company assets including source code, art work, tools, technical know-how</li>

</br><b>Requirements</b></br>

<li>Demonstrable Lead or Management experience</li>

<li>Extensive experience programming for games</li>

<li>Excellent C++ skills</li>

<li>Strong mentor and coaching ability</li>

<li>Excellent written and spoken English skills</li>

<li>Passion for making and playing great games</li>

<li>Experience with graphics APIs like Directx 12 and Vulkan</li>

<li>Experience with a wide range of CPU and GPU profiling tools</li>

<li>Multi threading should be second nature</li>

<li>This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring your presence in the office to support collaboration and creativity.</li>
