The ideal candidate has experience leading complex automation initiatives that combine multiple technologies into cohesive business solutions. They understand that automation is no longer a single tool strategy and have practical experience enabling approaches that leverage RPA, low-code platforms, AI, workflow technologies, data solutions, and intelligent orchestration capabilities. This role requires someone who thrives amid ambiguity, can effectively manage competing priorities, and remains adaptable as business needs evolve. Success depends on strong stakeholder management, communication, and the ability to influence across a diverse set of teams while maintaining focus on long-term architectural outcomes. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of • experience in solution architecture, automation, digital transformation, or related fields Demonstrated experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, including Generative AI and intelligent automation Experience with enterprise automation platforms, workflow solutions, RPA, low-code/no-code technologies, and orchestration frameworks Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
