We’re looking for a strategic, culturally fluent and data-powered Influencer Marketing Lead to amplify and scale On’s GTM roadmap for Sneakers, Apparel, and Special Projects globally. Reporting to the Global Senior Influencer Marketing Lead, you will take full ownership of high-impact influencer marketing initiatives that span across multiple functions and regions. As a trusted leader, you will provide clear direction, share learnings across the organization, balance entrepreneurial drive with structural stability, and comfortably make strategic decisions to elevate On’s culture and brand presence. Most importantly, you are extremely culturally fluent and can effectively spot and act upon opportunities of influence before it reaches the masses.

Your Mission

• Bring Big Ideas to Life: Lead complex GTM influencer marketing strategies end-to-end—from innovative creative briefs and high-profile influencer deals to global launches and post-campaign reporting shareouts.
• Empower & Guide Your Team: Act as a mentor and anchor for direct reports and key collaborators, creating an environment built on trust, big thinking, and operational excellence.
• Solve Bold Challenges: Confidently make key decisions and untangle complex challenges, turning ambiguity into clear, scalable paths forward.
• Blend Creativity with Systems: Bring energy and fresh ideas to everything you touch, while setting up the smooth workflows and frameworks that help great ideas scale cleanly.
• Inspire Others: Connect the dots across the business—sharing key data, cultural insights, and campaign learnings to elevate how On approaches influencer partnerships globally.
• Connect Across the Globe: Partner closely with peers and leaders in Brand Comms, Brand Strategy, Digital, Media, and regional teams to keep our global story unified but locally resonant.
• Own the Investment: Manage budgets end-to-end—handling contracts, payments, and financial tracking to ensure every investment makes an impact. 
• Shape Cultural Conversation: Go beyond riding existing trends by building bold, culturally-forward initiatives from the ground up that embed On into the center of street culture, fashion, and sports globally.

Your story

• 10+ years in creator, influencer, or partnership marketing at a global brand or tier-one agency, with deep roots in street culture, fashion, footwear, or sports.
• 4+ years leading people and teams, with a proven track record of growing talent and guiding cross-functional projects.
• A track record of big-impact launches, knowing what it takes to pull off complex, multi-region campaigns seamlessly.
• A natural problem solver who thrives in fast-moving environments and turns messy challenges into simple, creative wins.
• A balance of art and science—as comfortable diving into performance data and budgets as you are spotting the next cultural trend.
• Exceptional relational intelligence, with a knack for building authentic relationships with partners, creators, and internal teams alike.
• Existing high-profile influencer relationships in sports, culture, fashion, music etc a plus.
• Frequent international travel and European timezone work hours required.
• Fluent in English.

This role plays a critical connective function within the team, ensuring that creative work across categories and channels is anchored in a shared, elevated brand vision.
