We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Onboarding & Process Analyst to join our Legal Team and drive operational excellence across key compliance and onboarding processes.

You’ll take ownership of due diligence, onboarding, licensing support, and audit-related processes, ensuring documentation, tracking, and compliance activities are managed with precision and consistency. Working closely with Legal and internal stakeholders, you’ll help optimise workflows, improve transparency, and keep critical operations running seamlessly in a fast-paced international environment.
Independently manage partner onboarding processes end-to-end
Execute due diligence activities, including document collection, verification, and tracking
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in a centralised and structured manner
Support preparation of licensing applications and coordination of license renewals, including document collection and tracking
Maintain licensing-related documentation and ensure timely updates and submissions
Assist with audit preparation by gathering, organising, and tracking required documentation and evidence
Maintain and improve internal trackers, workflows, and documentation standards
Ensure consistent application of internal processes across all partners and jurisdictions
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and propose practical improvements
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely execution
3–5 years of experience in a regulated gaming environment is a MUST
Background in compliance, regulatory support, licensing, or operational roles within regulated industries
Experience with onboarding, due diligence, KYC/KYB, licensing support, audit support, or similar structured processes
Strong understanding of documentation requirements in regulated businesses
Experience maintaining trackers, repositories, logs, or structured databases
Ability to independently manage processes from start to finish with limited supervision
Strong organisational and process management skills
High attention to detail and ability to identify missing information, inconsistencies, and documentation gaps
Strong follow-up skills and ability to coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing information
Ability to work with confidential and sensitive business information
Experience working with multiple jurisdictions or international stakeholders
Comfortable working with deadlines, audits, and regulator-driven timelines
Experience supporting license applications and renewals
Familiarity with audits or internal controls environments
