Scopely is looking for a Lead Performance Product Manager to join our Direct to Consumer team in the US on a hybrid or remote basis!! (Hybrid in Culver City)

As a Lead Performance Product Manager, you will maximise the business impact of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) products across our live games portfolio. This is a performance-driven role focused on business outcomes, not feature development. 

The right candidate will build and operationalise playbooks, partner with game teams to embed D2C strategies into their live ops and monetisation plans, and use data-driven experimentation to drive measurable improvements in revenue, engagement, and retention.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Revenue Impact: Partner with game teams to grow the share of D2C revenue through optimized pricing, promotions, and loyalty strategies.
  • Improve Engagement & Retention: Build & deploy playbooks that enhance repeat purchase behavior, strengthen player loyalty, and contribute to higher lifetime value (LTV).
  • Optimize Conversion Funnels: Identify drop-off points across the D2C journey, run A/B tests, and implement strategies that lift conversion rates.
  • Experimentation & Growth: Establish a test-and-learn culture, launching data-backed experiments that improve key KPIs and codifying learnings into scalable playbooks.
  • Analytics & Insights: Dive deep into Looker dashboards and raw data to uncover growth opportunities, validate strategies, and measure performance.
  • Cross-Portfolio Knowledge Sharing: Circulate case studies, benchmarks, and success stories across game teams to ensure best practices scale portfolio-wide.
  • Influence Without Authority: Collaborate with senior product, live ops, and monetization leaders, ensuring D2C opportunities are integrated into game strategies.
  • Executive Reporting: Deliver clear, outcome-oriented reporting that demonstrates D2C’s contribution to revenue, retention, and player engagement.

What we are looking for:

  • 5–7 years in product management, performance marketing, or growth roles within gaming, consumer apps, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of driving monetisation and engagement outcomes in live games or consumer apps.
  • Highly analytical, with expertise in Looker (or similar BI tools), funnel optimisation, and performance measurement.
  • Strong operator able to design and scale growth frameworks and playbooks across multiple titles.
  • Skilled in partnering and influencing senior stakeholders without direct ownership of the P&L.
  • Growth mindset with experience in A/B testing, retention mechanics, and monetisation strategies.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in free-to-play gaming and/or D2C e-commerce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with payment flows, loyalty programs, and web-to-app funnels.

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$160,000$210,000 USD
