As a senior level producer in love with Formula 1, you will also be responsible for directing live programs during Grand Prix events, as well as coordinating all high-quality content programming around this exciting sport.
 
Your knowledge of motorsport, combined with a creative vision from television production, strategic leadership, with language skills (English and Spanish), will help you lead and encourage your team to create amazing content for our fans around the world.
 
You’ll have the chance to nurture and promote a high-performing, collaborative and positive environment at our production facility in Madrid as well as work with the editorial, production, marketing and social teams to ensure our content is standout and relevant to our customers.

As our new Executive Producer, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Develop the weekly, monthly and seasonal content plan
  • Coordinate and lead the production of the Live events and live programs, features, interviews, documentaries, marketing and promotion pieces.
  • Manage the relationship with the Talents, Pundits and Commentators
  • Track production budget and provide monthly budget reporting.
  • Work with Formula 1 and Formula 1 teams.
  • Maintain communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production and deliveries.
  • Work closely with the Head of Production to oversee the smart utilization of global resources and identification of potential synergies across wider production business.
  • Manage a team, including rotas, holiday, contracts and training/development.

  • You'll have:
  • Senior level experience directing a live TV production.
  • Fluent language skill, spoken and written, in Spanish and English.
  • First rate knowledge of and interest in Formula 1.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with the Live Director, talents and technical staff.
  • Leadership capabilities and exceptional ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Good instincts, creative ideas, strong editorial ability and understand when to take risks.
  • Understanding of broadcast and digital technology and workflows.
  • Commercial acumen and cost management knowledge.
  • Deep knowledge of the sports media industry.
  • Significant leadership experience, supported by demonstrated track record of management in a growing business. 
  • Flexibility to work during weekends.
