Hims & Hers is building the next generation of healthcare - more personalized, proactive, and accessible than ever before. We’ve built a trusted brand and a best-in-class platform for treating self-diagnosed chronic conditions like hair loss and sexual health. Now, we’re expanding beyond reactive care into a future where diagnostics, personalized treatments, and AI-powered support redefine the healthcare experience
Delivering on that vision requires a powerful care delivery platform, one that enables providers to deliver high-quality, personalized care at scale.
As a Product Manager on the Care team, you’ll own a core domain within the Care Platform, designing and building the systems that power our providers’ ability to deliver care at scale. You’ll operate as a single-threaded owner for your area: defining the strategy, roadmap, and success metrics end-to-end.
Develop a deep understanding of providers, clinical teams, and customers — uncovering the pain points that limit care delivery today, and translating them into scalable product solutions.
Integrate company strategy, research, and market insights into product decisions that create differentiated user experiences.
Collaborate closely with engineering leadership on platform architecture decisions, ensuring scalability and compliance.
Consolidate feedback from growth, operations, medical, and technical stakeholders to shape a clear roadmap for the Care Platform.
Define success metrics, measure impact rigorously, and balance customer value, technical feasibility, and business priorities.
6+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building platform or internal tooling products.
A track record of owning complex, high-impact product areas end-to-end: from defining the problem to driving measurable business outcomes
System & Domain Expertise: Experience building and scaling complex, interdependent platform systems across multiple domains. Preference for candidates with experience in a highly regulated industry (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech) or marketplace/network business model.
Love of data - you intuitively understand the importance of information in the pursuit of the correct path forward, and you know how to access and leverage tools (SQL, Looker, Tableau, Excel, etc) to do so.
You have deep curiosity and empathy — you seek to understand the why behind behavior and data
Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
401k benefits with employer matching contribution
Offsite team retreats
We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
