We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager / Head of Product (Free-to-Play) to define and deliver the strategy, platform, and player experience for Midnite’s free-to-play games.
You’ll be the product lead across a cross-functional studio — partnering with engineers, designers, artists, marketers, and leadership to build and scale games that attract, engage, and retain millions of players.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both creative vision and execution — able to operate as the sole product manager initially, while shaping the roadmap and scaling the team as we grow.
• Define the overall F2P product vision and roadmap for Midnite — across both sports and casino genres.
• Develop a platform that supports always-on games as well as event, partnership, and campaign-driven experiences.
• Ensure all games feel distinctly “Midnite” — premium, culturally relevant, and performance-driven.
• Work directly with engineers, artists, and designers to build, ship, and iterate on games and features.
• Run product rituals: sprint planning, retros, prioritization, and liveops reviews.
• Define KPIs, instrumentation, and success metrics across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Design and oversee systems for social competition, rewards, challenges, and events.
• Build a LiveOps framework that powers content updates, partnerships, and ongoing player engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to create real-time campaigns that tie product and community together.
• Act as the connective tissue between growth, marketing, commercial, research, and leadership.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, and progress clearly across the company.
• 6+ years of product management experience in games, preferably across F2P, casino, or live service titles.
• Proven ability to define and deliver platform-level experiences or multi-game ecosystems.
• A strong grasp of game economies, engagement loops, and player psychology.
• Experience running live games with integrated social and event systems.
• Strong technical fluency — comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding product architecture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — can balance creative, commercial, and technical perspectives.
• Hands-on, startup mindset — you love being in the weeds, shipping fast, and iterating based on real data.

Salary: $105,000 - $150,000
