Some of the things you will be doing:

• Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal
• Negotiate and finalize agreements to meet and exceed sales targets
• Develop a winning Sales strategy by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads, focusing on high-potential prospects in your vertical
• Hunting for new Sales opportunities by engaging in sales calls and networking to set up meetings and generate new business opportunities
• Understanding the client´s needs and showcasing solutions, presenting and pitching Zastrpay to clients professionally and persuasively, and closing deals efficiently
• Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to align product offerings with client needs
• Coordinate the onboarding process of new clients by ensuring timely go-live dates and successful market launches

You will be a great fit if:

• University Degree. You have a Bachelor´s or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related study
• Experience. You have more than 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
• Industry. Preferably you have experience in the FinTech or Entertainment area
• Language. Fluent English & German language is essential
• Collaboration. Strong client relationship management skills
