Lead Sales Rep, Performance Authenticators Running (RSG) Benelux Market. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a highly energetic and driven personality who will independently own & develop our Benelux RSG (Running Specialty Group) portfolio, build benchmark relationships and shape country led marketplace strategy for Running. Next to country based work, you will be part of our central activation for RSG (x-functional Go to market process, central partner engagement moments, commerce process, and links to centrally led functions – Central Running Team, EKIN team, planning, merchandising, partner marketing, supply chain/Customer Operations) You will bring a passion for and demonstrate deep understanding of the vertical running industry, its competitive landscape & the consumer dynamics that are shaping modern running culture! We are looking for in depth • experience in wholesale partner management and a strong understanding of sales planning, partner marketing and operations. We will work together to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the marketplace. This role will be responsible for: Planning and delivering your directly owned partner portfolio plan (from Partner x Nike strategy through Trade Terms to G2N management) Developing and driving Benelux Market strategy that unlocks market share growth within RSG partners and creates a halo across the total marketplace for Nike Running
You will also become part of the Running Authenticators (RSG) team which is spanning across EMEA. Your main focus will be driving commerce + profitability & the relationship with accounts. You'll also work cross-functionally with supply chain (MPO/customer operations), merchandising, marketing & planning. WHAT YOU BRING Strong Partner
