You should be energized by building new products, shaping existing architecture, and making foundational decisions that will influence Nike’s digital ecosystem for years to come. You thrive in ambiguity, communicate clearly, and enjoy solving complex engineering challenges. You’re also forward‑thinking—comfortable designing systems that can integrate with modern AI models, automation pipelines, and agentic services.

This role will work with a global team, so it is paramount that you have strong asynchronous communication skills, while being able to disseminate requirements quickly from business partners.

This role will be a part of a mission critical team.

You will participate in designs and implementation on a team building high-throughput, low-latency, fault-tolerant Paid Media solutions to drive Nike’s Digital transformation and growth strategies. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will partner with globally distributed teams of engineering, product and program teams to ensure that the ecosystem of services remains loosely coupled, independently scalable, and meets the needs of the businesss.

You will rely on your understanding of scalable, highly available, and consistent distributed systems to design world class solutions.
