We're seeking passionate and driven professionals across all areas of game development to help shape this ambitious vision. If you’re interested in tackling unique challenges and think you have what it takes to level up our team, we encourage you to apply!

What We Need

We’re looking for a Lead Software Engineer to shape how our AAA sports title looks and feels on screen — from cameras and cinematics to crowds, commentary, and broadcast-quality presentation. You’ll lead a team of engineers while staying deeply hands-on, partnering with art, design, animation, and production to bring an authentic broadcast experience to life in Unreal Engine 5. We need someone who combines technical breadth with strong leadership and a passion for crafting polished player-facing experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of engineers building presentation systems in UE5
  • Develop cameras, cinematics, replays, and broadcast-style presentation features
  • Build crowd, commentary, and stadium atmosphere systems
  • Drive technical direction for the presentation area alongside studio leadership
  • Partner with art, design, animation, and production to deliver features
  • Oversee integration between DCC tools and the game engine
  • Mentor and develop engineers, including managing direct reports
  • Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering quality across the team

Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience in game development and proven expertise in C++ and Python
  • People management experience balancing hands-on work with leadership
  • Deep familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 or similar game engines
  • Broad experience across presentation systems like cameras, cinematics, or crowds
  • Strong understanding of tech art, animation, and DCC pipelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Bonus Points

  • Experience developing broadcast-style presentation for sports games
  • Familiarity with audio systems, commentary engines, or crowd simulation
  • Track record of shipping AAA titles in a leadership role
  • Passion for playing or watching sports
