WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be part of the Talent Acquisition team supporting Nike India, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring leaders across functions. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition ITC & APLA and plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs, while working closely with cross-functional teams including Talent Brand, DEI and TA COE. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional who brings a strong mix of research capability, structured thinking, and execution discipline. This role is for someone who understands how to build talent pipelines ahead of demand and can translate business needs into clear sourcing strategies.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across a wide range of roles—from mid-level to leadership hires—and know how to navigate different talent markets. You bring strong market awareness, are hands-on with sourcing tools and technologies, and can use data and insights to guide decisions and influence hiring conversations. This role also requires someone who can guide and mentor others, manage multiple priorities, and step in on critical searches without losing momentum across ongoing work.
