WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH You will serve as a senior process and analytics leader within the global Stores IQ capability, partnering closely with Stores Flow, Technology, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders across all geographies to define, improve, and scale solution processes that enable store and flow performance. Your focus will include aligning global process standards, translating business needs into actionable process and data solutions, and driving adoption of consistent ways of working across the Stores IQ ecosystem worldwide. As a key member of the Stores IQ team, you will lead end-to-end process work for Stores Flow solution delivery—from discovery and design through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement—while leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact.

You will collaborate with business analysts, product owners, operations leaders, and regional partners across all geographies to ensure process solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to business priorities.

You will report to the Global Capabilities organization and play a critical role in shaping how Stores IQ delivers insights, capabilities, and operational excellence for store and flow performance globally.
