You will apply expert-level footwear and manufacturing expertise to ensure manufacturability, performance, and profitability of product concepts, influencing outcomes through advanced judgment, strategic decision-making, and creative problem-solving.

You will: Provide functional leadership across multiple projects or complex product concepts, setting direction for product creation strategy and execution. Make high-impact decisions that shape product outcomes, development timelines, and manufacturing solutions. Leverage expert knowledge to resolve the most complex design, performance, or manufacturing challenges. Influence cross‑functional and external partners to align on trade-offs, priorities, and optimal product solutions. Mentor and guide less-experienced team members, elevating overall product creation capability and standards.
