• Process Analysis: You are responsible for conducting value stream analyses, streamlining our existing process flows, and identifying and resolving process bottlenecks
• Lean Strategy: You develop, implement, and monitor lean strategies and methods to ensure efficiency gains and cost savings throughout the entire supply chain
• Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with departments such as procurement, production, and software development to promote smooth operations through the introduction of software features and effective communication
• Project Management: You are responsible for initiating projects to reduce waste, improve inventory control, and increase internal lead times for order processing
• Training & Workshops: You conduct training sessions and workshops to promote understanding of lean principles within the production and procurement teams and strengthen awareness of continuous improvement within the team
• ERP Expertise: You serve as a point of contact for ERP-related system queries and contribute to the development of a lean culture within EGYM

• Educational Background: You have a degree in technical or business-related studies, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics, or equivalent training with further education in lean or Six Sigma
• ERP Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP by Design, SAP S/4HANA) and understand their supply chain operations
• Planning Expertise: You possess expertise in production planning, manufacturing control, and delivery schedules in the ERP system (MRP)
• Communication Skills: You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical Thinking: You can think critically and solve problems
• Language Skills: You are fluent in English and ideally have good knowledge of German

• Tool Proficiency: You have developed a deep understanding of our tools and processes, you can operate them, and you are well-connected with your colleagues
• Operational Readiness: You understand our core processes and can work operationally independently after onboarding
• Improvement Initiatives: You have already identified and prioritized first process improvement ideas and have taken the first steps toward implementation
