Hey there, I'm Hannah, Hawk-Eye's Head of Talent Development and I'm looking for someone to join my team as a Learning and Development Manager. This is a really important role as the business continues to grow, where you'll help lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our people development programme.

Role Overview:

This role is central to shaping a high-impact, transformational learning culture that enables our people to thrive, with a strong focus on professional skills, core competencies, and leadership capability. As a team, we equip our people with the right mindsets and behaviours to support our evolving business strategy and future talent needs, through innovative and inclusive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Learning Design & Delivery

  • Design and deliver high-quality, engaging learning interventions focused on behavioural, interpersonal, and professional development skills.

  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, adapting delivery styles to accommodate diverse learner needs and preferences.

  • Embed 70:20:10 learning principles into all development initiatives to support continuous, on-the-job learning.

Programme Ownership

  • Own and evolve the Managing Your Talent programme – our flagship line manager development offering – ensuring it is impactful, current, and aligned to business priorities.

  • Collaborate with the Head of Learning and Talent Development to deliver and enhance leadership development programmes, ensuring relevance and effectiveness across all levels.

Culture & Innovation

  • Champion a transformational learning culture, driving innovation and experimentation in how learning is designed, accessed, and embedded.

  • Leverage L&D tools, platforms, and digital solutions to enhance learner engagement, track impact, and streamline delivery.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build strong, consultative relationships across all levels of the business, developing a deep understanding of organisational goals, skill gaps, and team challenges.

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and SMEs to ensure development solutions are strategically aligned and future-focused.

Strategic Insight & Planning

  • Use data, feedback, and insights to evaluate the effectiveness of development programmes and continuously improve offerings.

  • Contribute to talent development planning, identifying opportunities to future-proof our talent pipeline through proactive skill-building and capability uplift.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a Learning & Development role with a focus on people (non-technical) development and leadership capability.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills – confident delivering to varied audiences across virtual and in-person settings.

  • Excellent understanding of adult learning theory, learning styles, and blended learning methodologies.

  • Experience designing and delivering programmes aligned to the 70:20:10 framework and supporting learning culture transformation.

  • Familiarity with L&D technologies and tools (e.g. learning platforms, feedback tools, virtual delivery tech).

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a consultative, collaborative style.

  • Ability to translate business needs and strategic objectives into effective learning solutions.

  • A passion for empowering people, developing others, and unlocking potential.

  • Proactivity to explore the business and understand/pre-empt requirements

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership development programme delivery.

  • Familiarity with psychometrics, behavioural tools, or diagnostics (e.g. Insights, MBTI, DiSC).

Why Join Us?

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how our people grow and lead at every level. If you’re energised by creating impactful learning experiences, thrive in a fast-changing environment, and want to help people be at their best, we’d love to hear from you.
