Your playing field

• You will be responsible for the administrative support of the department, including general office organization, mail processing, filing, and data management.
• You will assist with ad-hoc tasks and proactively participate in department and team meetings.
• Your main focus will be on handling tasks related to incoming legal claims, including:
  • Processing incoming mail, scanning, and managing documents.
  • Inputting and maintaining data in our database.
  • Handling ticket inquiries for customer analysis.
  • Communication and coordination between the department and external law firms.

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

• Experience. You already have several years of experience as an administrative assistant, paralegal, or in a similar role, ideally in the legal field.
• Excel. You have practical experience with Excel and can easily apply this skill in your work.
• Fluent in German and English. As the number one sports betting provider in Germany, fluency in German is a requirement. Our team consists of over 40 nationalities, working together to achieve the mission of Tipico, so very good English skills are also necessary.
• Resilience. A fast-paced work environment motivates you even more and brings out your hands-on mentality.
• Time Management. You work proactively and maintain a clear overview, even under tight deadlines.
• Strong Communication Skills. You communicate clearly, confidently, and efficiently with your colleagues, as well as with internal and external stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
