RoleWhat will be your main challenges?As Legal Counsel in the Commercial/IP team, your role entails acting as a business partner with/for the operation teams to fulfill their business and legal needs by handling contractual matters, and to bolster the company’s asset-protection strategy, notably through IP litigation, registration, PR and lobbying.
Main challenges: Handle IP protection and infringement matters, such as trademark registrations, takedown of copies, pre-litigation and litigation in France and abroad, and more generally contribute in a meaningful way to the company’s strategy to better protect its games and apps despite the uncertain legal landscape. Draft, negotiate and/or review a variety of commercial agreements for the publishing, marketing, and gaming teams, including publishing agreements, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service agreements, and partnership deals.
Impact: You will be a key member of the legal team working hand in hand with the operational teams in a very integrated manner. You will be the privileged point of contact for any commercial need.ProfileThree to six years of relevant professional experience.
