In this exciting role, you'll provide top-tier IT support, swiftly resolving software, hardware, and network issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your day-to-day.

Provide top-tier IT support for software, hardware, and network issues, ensuring rapid and effective resolution of troubleshooting activities.

Manage the logistics of safely packaging and transferring IT equipment between sites.
Procure equipment and ensure it is appropriately labelled and tracked in the asset management inventory.
Deliver exceptional customer service through both phone and face-to-face interactions, proactively analysing user needs and developing a strong rapport with clients.
Participate in the automation, deployment, and maintenance of standard operating environments.
Assist in the development and implementation of desktop support methodologies and practices.
Oversee new user setup and onboarding of new employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT equipment, software, and access to systems for a smooth start.

What you’ll bring

2-3 years of experience in an MSP or corporate business as a Desktop Support or System Administrator.

Strong ability to manage incidents and requests in both Windows and Mac environments.
Proficient in Windows deployment methodologies and technologies (SCCM, network boot).
Extensive knowledge of core Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory (Azure O365 and on-prem).
Experience with Mobile Device Management and Enterprise Mobility applications and platforms.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a diverse range of customers, peers, and management.
