Attention aspiring level designers! Are you ready to take your first step into the world of AAA game development? This is your chance to join our team as a Level Design Intern at Sperasoft in Belgrade, Serbia.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute and create level layouts,
• Build, script, and tune levels to final quality,
• Place and trigger entities (such as movers, objects, obstacles etc) to create fun and deep gameplay,
• Oversee and maintain the design of levels by providing constant support and feedback to reach quality, core mechanics and vision,
• Monitor and put your hands on accessibility, playability, and level of difficulty,
• Contribute to prototyping, scenario creation, event scripting, game balancing, pacing, and gameplay tuning.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Level Design or own a compelling portfolio,
• Mastery of 3D level design tools,
• Solid knowledge of game editors such as Unreal 4/5,
• Basic knowledge of node graph systems (UE Blueprints) and/or basic scripting,
• Strong creative skills,
• A fine attention to quality and detail, both creatively and technically,
• Demonstrated ability to work self-directed when necessary,
• Excellent knowledge of video game industry.

Additional information:

• Office located in Belgrade, Serbia (remote work within Serbia is possible, with occasional visits to the office for formalities).
• Applicants will be required to complete a test task to demonstrate their skills and creativity.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Serbia.
