We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Licensed Spa Coordinator to join the Equinox team at its state-of-the-art NEW LOCATION on Fulton Street in the Chicago metro area. This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing and dynamic organization. 

The Licensed Spa Coordinator is responsible for helping ensure a memorable experience for our Spa guests. This includes greeting guests as they enter the facilities, orienting guests to the spa facilities, and providing personal guest service. 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff members
• Outreach marketing for the spa
• Manage daily operations, including inventory management, client relationships, and driving the business to achieve financial goals and budgets    
• Perform up to 10 treatments per week             
• Provide an orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering guests' questions
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features, and hours of operation
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programming promotions.
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the locker/facility area
