Job Description

We are looking for a skilled licensing manager to join our growing customer success team. You will make a significant contribution to the creation, monitoring, and just-in-time provision of all our software licenses for our global customers. In doing so, you will always work in close cooperation with our logistics and finance departments and be in direct contact with our sales teams worldwide. You support various departments not only by providing licenses but also by assisting in order creation and resolving customer issues. Your pronounced understanding of quality and processes will support you in the successful completion of your tasks. You can work in a structured manner and maintain an overview in complex situations. In addition to the internal administration your communication skills will help you assist customers directly in managing their licenses and advise them with your technical expertise. Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Licensing Manager should engage with customers, maximize value, and have a genuine love for technology and helping customers succeed with Vizrt software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of software licenses for all our product lines
  • Processing of software orders in partnership with commercial organization
  • Monitoring of existing licenses ensuring 24/7 coverage
  • Assisting customers in administrative licensing matters & achieve customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers in technical licensing matters & achieve customer satisfaction
  • Assisting internal stakeholders with licensing matters
  • Training & mentoring customers & internal stakeholders to utilize licensing portal effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Structured and precise work style combined with excellent time management
  • Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a proactive work approach
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Very good English language skills (oral + written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3 years of experience in an administrative position for an international company desirable
  • Communications, engineering, marketing degree or similar.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and software for video/TV production
