THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a LinkedIn Strategy Senior Manager to our Social Media team in São Paulo

We’re looking for a LinkedIn-native strategist and operator to own and elevate Wellhub’s presence on the platform that matters most for B2B influence.

As Manager, LinkedIn Strategy, you will have end-to-end ownership of our LinkedIn channel, responsible for driving reach, engagement quality, audience growth, and influence on demand generation.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, demand, executive thought leadership, and community building. You’ll partner closely with Paid Media, Content, Comms, Brand, and Demand Generation teams to orchestrate a unified organic strategy that maximizes LinkedIn’s full potential.

Beyond publishing content, you’ll shape how Wellhub shows up in conversations with HR leaders, executives, and industry voices. From activating employee advocacy and executive platforms to managing influencer relationships and community engagement, you will turn LinkedIn into one of Wellhub’s most powerful growth and credibility engines.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Own LinkedIn’s End-to-End Performance
    • Take full accountability for the health and performance of Wellhub’s LinkedIn presence, including reach, engagement quality, audience growth, and contribution to pipeline and demand generation.
    • Continuously monitor channel performance, competitor activity, and algorithm shifts to adapt strategy and protect long-term growth.
  • Define & Execute LinkedIn’s Organic + Paid Strategy
    • Build and execute the channel strategy in close partnership with the Paid Media team.
    • Design integrated organic–paid programs that amplify high-performing content, accelerate audience growth, and maximize campaign impact.
  • Lead Executive Thought Leadership on LinkedIn
    • Own and evolve Wellhub’s executive communications strategy on LinkedIn.
    • Partner with senior leaders to build authentic voices, guide content development, and help them grow influential platforms that strengthen Wellhub’s credibility in the HR and wellness industries.
    • Hold leaders accountable for consistency, engagement, and impact.
  • Build Wellhub’s LinkedIn Influencer & Ambassador Ecosystem
    • Develop and manage relationships with external influencers and brand ambassadors on LinkedIn.
    • Identify credible voices across HR, leadership, and workplace wellbeing who can expand Wellhub’s reach, strengthen authority, and support demand generation initiatives.
  • Activate the Employee Voice
    • Lead the employee advocacy program using Sprout Social/Sprout Advocacy to empower team members to share and amplify Wellhub content.
    • Continuously improve participation, content quality, and measurable business impact through employee-driven distribution.
  • Lead LinkedIn Community Engagement
    • Define and execute the company’s commenting and engagement strategy on LinkedIn.
    • Ensure consistent, thoughtful participation in conversations with prospects, customers, partners, and industry leaders to build credibility and strengthen relationships.
  • Partner Closely with LinkedIn Platform Experts
    • Own the senior relationship with LinkedIn’s internal platform team.
    • Leverage insights, beta opportunities, and best practices to continuously improve performance and stay ahead of platform changes.
  • Bring the Voice of the Market into the Channel
    • Stay closely connected to US clients, prospects, and industry conversations.
    • Translate insights from events, customer interactions, and market trends into timely LinkedIn narratives that resonate with decision-makers.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Who You Are

  • You bring relevant years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content strategy, with deep expertise in B2B social and LinkedIn.
  • You understand LinkedIn as both a platform and a professional community, and know how to build influence through authentic, insight-driven content.
  • You have fluent English to work with global teams and stakeholders.
  • You’re equal parts strategist and operator, comfortable defining long-term channel direction while executing daily publishing, engagement, and experimentation.
  • You have experience working closely with executives and thought leaders, helping them develop compelling voices and consistent platforms.
  • You understand the intersection of brand and demand, and know how social content contributes to pipeline and revenue.
  • You’re highly analytical and fluent in platform metrics (spreadsheets, dashboards, BI, and AI tools/knowledge) experimentation, and performance optimization.
  • You’re naturally curious about algorithms, trends, and emerging formats, and constantly test new approaches to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Most importantly, you believe that social media—when done authentically—can build trust, shape industry conversations, and create meaningful business impact.
