You will own the full commercial lifecycle for a growing class of listed instruments. You will work across a sophisticated deal pipeline spanning institutional credit products, structured yield instruments, and other on-chain financial assets. The role sits at the intersection of capital markets expertise and blockchain-native distribution, requiring fluency in both.
What You'll Do
Asset origination & deal execution

Pipeline development: Proactively source and secure high-quality issuers and secondary-market instruments across yield and structured product categories for platform listing.

Commercial negotiation: Lead commercial discussions to secure optimal terms with asset managers, credit funds, and institutional issuers.

Strategic networking: Build and maintain a senior network spanning global financial institutions, alternative credit managers, and digital asset issuers to sustain a consistent flow of institutional-grade opportunities.
Structuring & onboarding

Asset architecture: Design onboarding frameworks — including legal structures, token standards, and issuance mechanics — and ensure rigorous technical delivery.

Commercial due diligence: Conduct thorough vetting of underlying assets with focus on valuation accuracy, legal title, and cash-flow integrity.

Cross-functional leadership: Coordinate with Legal, Product, and Compliance teams to drive efficient, compliant listings.
Ecosystem growth & market performance

Liquidity management: Partner with market makers to maintain deep order books and tight spreads across all listed structured instruments.

GTM advisory: Advise issuers on token economics and go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with platform demand and long-term health.

Product translation: Work with Marketing and Growth to translate complex institutional instruments into accessible value propositions for a broad user base.

3–5+ years in exchange business development, venture capital, fixed income, or structured finance

Demonstrated track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals in finance or digital assets

Strong ability to evaluate credit risk, asset quality, and token economic models
Core competencies

Self-directed with full ownership of the deal lifecycle — from cold outreach to live listing

Exceptional negotiation skills across both institutional finance and Web3 stakeholder environments

Deep fluency in on-chain financial infrastructure, DeFi market structure, and compliance standards

Native-level English; Mandarin proficiency is a significant advantage for global market coverage
