This position is an opportunity to join an internationally respected company with a passionate and diverse team working towards creating content for World of Tanks Twitch and YouTube Live Stream efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for executing live stream productions, particularly focused on esports and gaming. You will collaborate closely with the Competitive Team to create original and engaging content. We are looking for an addition to the team who will be self-motivated, adaptable, technical, and willing to learn and develop their skills. 

This role will work within the community team and alongside other members of the publishing team, to effectively deliver quality live streams suitable, but not limited to, e-sports, engagement, gaming, and events.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and execute live streaming productions, ensuring smooth technical operations and a high-quality viewer experience.  
• Production pipeline from pre-production to live stream production which can include preparing graphics, conducting rehearsals, operating live streams, maintaining all technical equipment including computers, cameras, audio systems, streaming software, among others.  
• Implement and maintain diagrams of the entire broadcast pipeline, workflows, technical requirements and quality control measures to ensure optimal video and audio quality during live streams.  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise even during a live broadcast, ensuring minimal disruption to production.  
• Manage equipment inventory, recommend upgrades, and stay informed about advancements in live streaming technology.  
• Coordinate with other stakeholders for smooth and effective stream production.  
• Cooperate with external contractors with effective leadership.  

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience with the production of live broadcasts. 
• Understanding the best practices for live-stream production.  
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting broadcasting software, specifically in Vmix or other similar streaming software. 
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting broadcasting hardware (switchers, routers, encoders).  
• Experience creating and integrating graphics/overlays into the live stream set up. 
• An ability to work under pressure, producing high quality content with a short turnaround. 
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. 
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities in a live production environment. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in video production or other similar fields. 
• Availability to work on weekends upon request of event needs.  
• English working proficiency. 

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experience in esports and gaming content live streams. 
• Experience with Adobe Cloud, specifically with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.  
• Strong knowledge and passion for PC games, culture, and technology in general.  
• Knowledge of World of Tanks. 
• Experience working with task management software.  
• Experience with motion graphics. 
• Experience with audio mixing.
