We’re looking for a professional to support Wild Rift Global Organized Play Events

The Live Event Producer plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of Wild Rift’s global live events. Excelling in core competencies such as Project Management, Communication and Collaboration, Event Planning and Execution, you will serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on contributor. Reporting directly to the Organized Play Lead, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of compelling and memorable player experiences.

You will drive holistic planning, oversee logistics, and manage timelines and budgets to support seamless event operations. You will review and refine event concepts, layouts, and design elements to meet objectives and uphold brand standards. By optimizing workflows and fostering effective communication, you will enhance operational efficiency and overall event impact. 

Responsibilities

• Project Management: Develop and maintain milestone schedules, conduct weekly progress tracking, manage budgets and expenses, coordinate with partners, and monitor pipelines to keep projects on track.
• Team Alignment & Coordination: Facilitate alignment and communication among Regional teams, Tencent and other stakeholders.
• Event Plan Management: Provide guidance to the Tournament Organizer on event ideas, zoning, and layout plans; assist with budget monitoring and control. 
• Event Design Review: Collaborate with creative teams to review and approve event concepts, layouts, and design elements to meet event objectives and branding standards.
• Support Event Coordination: Assist the Organized Play Lead in logistical coordination and execution, to ensure smooth operation of competitive formats and tournament schedules.

 Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in esports event operations.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Strong project management skills, with experience creating workback schedules and managing timelines.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with experience in managing project cross-functional teams and managing complex and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to handle multiple requests and work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Desired Qualifications: 

• International esports events experience.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Knowledge of esports broadcast operations and production processes, with the ability to coordinate and support broadcast elements within event planning.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Leadership skills to identify resource needs, manage through conflict, and move the event business forward.
