Job Overview

We are looking for a Live Ops Specialist to join the publishing team for World of Warships Blitz in Berlin. In this role, you will help plan, set up, and run in-game events, promotions, and offers that keep players engaged and excited. Working closely with Live Ops, Publishing, and Development teams, you’ll ensure that content is delivered smoothly and contributes to a great player experience.

What will you do?

• Plan and coordinate in-game events, campaigns, and special offers.
• Support the design of new event formats that keep gameplay fresh and varied.
• Oversee the execution and smooth rollout of live content across platforms.
• Monitor event performance and provide feedback to improve future operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align live ops activities with product goals.
• Help maintain event calendars, documentation, and process workflows.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in live operations, publishing, or game production, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Familiarity with live service models and key concepts like retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Comfortable working across teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and passionate about delivering great live game experiences.

Work mode

Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).

This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support.
