Product Director

What will you do?

  • Create and lead a strategy for live operations and monetization that meets both player expectations and business goals.
  • Manage the daily execution of in-game events, sales, and offers, ensuring they meet schedule and performance targets.
  • Oversee the development of new features and tools to improve live operations, working closely with relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with analysts to analyze game data, uncovering ways to boost player engagement and monetization.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to improve player retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Apply industry-leading practices in free-to-play live operations, feature design, and monetization.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 5 years of experience in free-to-play PC, console, or mobile games.
  • Proven experience managing and growing live free-to-play games.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to create and communicate effective live operations strategies.
  • Hands-on, results-driven approach to improving game performance and enhancing player experiences.
  • Expertise in designing in-game economies, monetization strategies, and understanding what drives player engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on making decisions based on data.
  • Willingness to take risks and learn from the outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge of live operations and monetization trends in free-to-play games.
