Job Description

Job Overview

In this role, you will work on designing and operating engaging live content for the World of Tanks Blitz players: events, missions, challenges, and other in-game activities that keep the game fresh on a regular basis.

You will take part in the full cycle of LiveOps engagement content - from idea discussions and specifications to configuration, validation, and support on production. An additional and important stream of your work will be helping to create event chains and journeys for new and returning players to support onboarding and winback efforts

What will you do?

  • Design and configure live engagement content for the existing player base: events, quests, challenges, limited-time activities, etc.
  • Use and adapt existing templates and formats (battle pass, top-up events, special events and other LiveOps formats).
  • Contribute to the LiveOps calendar: propose ideas, prepare event specs and configurations according to priorities set by the team.
  • Prepare clear, structured specifications for events: rules, rewards, edge cases, requirements for related teams.
  • Configure content via internal tools/admin panels and ensure its correct display in the client (conditions, rewards, timing, segmentation, visibility, etc.).
  • Perform checks of live configurations on test and production environments, fix issues in collaboration with other teams.
  • Monitor basic performance indicators of activities (participation, completion, simple retention metrics) and propose improvements together with more senior colleagues.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Monetization, Analytics, Content, and Publishing teams in day-to-day LiveOps tasks.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in game development, LiveOps, game design or related roles
(typically 1.5–3+ years in mobile / online games).
  • Understanding of how mobile F2P games operate in live phase
(events cadence, rewards logic, basic economy constraints).
  • Understanding of data / content display logic in the game
    (client–server, platform–shop, admin–client).
  • Ability to work with large amounts of content and documentation:
structure information, highlight key points, keep configs and specs organized.
  • High attention to detail and sense of responsibility when working with live configurations.
  • Ability to work on several tasks in parallel and meet agreed deadlines.
  • Flexibility and readiness to learn new tools, processes, and formats.
  • Intermediate or higher level of English (for documentation and communication with distributed teams).

What additional skills will help you stand out?

  • Hands-on experience in LiveOps or game design for mobile / online games
(events, missions, battle passes, retention / engagement systems).
  • Experience working with JIRA, Confluence or similar task & documentation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with internal admin tools / dashboards for configuring in-game content.
  • Basic experience working with analytics tools and dashboards
(e.g. checking event performance, comparing before/after results).
  • Willingness to grow into owning more complex LiveOps directions and event concepts over time..
The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 3500-3700 monthly gross.
