WE WANT PEOPLE TO BE PASSIONATE ABOUT OPERATIONS

An exciting role within the global Supply Chain & Logistics team based in Melbourne. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for helping our Customers by coordinating and fulfilling outbound orders and replenishing inbound stock. Additionally, you will ensure stock alignment and interface reconciliation across multiple CRM systems, internal warehouses and our 3PL partners. As a team player, you will use your initiative to stay ahead of the game!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Handle the end-to-end processing of all outbound logistics for the APAC region.
  • Receipt inbound shipments and restocking warehouse. 
  • Ensure all relevant exportation documentation is issued and shipments comply with dangerous goods.
  • Maintain excellent inventory management controls to ensure a low stocktake variance, including regular stocktakes and SKU replenishment. 
  • Receiving and servicing returns shipments from Customers that have been deemed faulty. 
  • Staging and testing new hardware before dispatch to Customers. 
  • Coordinate with the hardware team to return faulty units to the factory, ensuring items are properly packed and labelled. 
  • Support other regions with stock transfer requests. 
  • Work effectively with other internal departments to provide regional logistics information.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 1+ years experience in supply chain, logistics or warehouse operation.
  • An exceptional team player with a positive attitude and drive to learn new things. 
  • High attention to detail, self-motivated and determined to work to deadlines. 
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office or Google applications.
  • NetSuite or similar warehouse management system (WMS) experience - a plus
