As a Senior Tester, you will:  

• be able to provide some additional lead support: Senior testers are by default testers who proved they have strong abilities in their job. In this "role", they will be assigned to the same tasks as other testers but will also be asked to do some "lead" tasks if the schedule allows it.
• be full-time support for the lead on a project​: Senior will be in charge of a portion of the tasks normally assigned to a lead, and under their supervision. The range goes from mentoring the testers to communicating with the client.
• be full-time supervisor (only in specific cases - experience and familiarity with the project): In some cases, an experienced Senior tester may be in charge of a project on their own. They will have the responsibility of the project, will lead the testers and refer to a Project Manager. However, they will have the support of other Seniors and leads on top of additional supervision from the Project Manager.

• Expert level in LQA.
• Intention to become LQA Lead.
• Good handling of stress and deadlines.
• Strong mentoring skills.
• Ability to take the initiative in the preparation and execution of daily tasks.
• Patience and approachability with other team members.
• Potential conflict resolution skills.
